With words revered
And dreams upheld
I’d spill my all
Into labyrinthine refuge
Into a bustling haven
Of undying dissent
Meshed arrays of heartache
Yearnings and aspirations
I’d ration myself with all
Conversing with others and opposites
Trading outlooks
Until they align and tumble
Within the passionate throes of affection
Confident in my form
Sure in my voice
I’d bellow my unrest
My struggles and my devotions
To freely roam
Uncorked and with verse
In a tireless haven
Lingers, my foremost wish
To thrash infinitely
Among the stark and the strange
Until exhaustion climbs
To reign over my limbs
