Bad Brains by the Bad Brains. I have been a fan of these guys since 9th grade in high school (which was only seven years ago). While everyone was listening to T-pain and Yung Joc i was blasting the Bad Brains on my tiny little ipod nano. Every female teacher seemed to think my ipod was cute and i have absolutely no idea why that is. The Bad Brains are the only punk band I know of that has all Black members. As an African American with a very vast and diverse musical diet, I really appreciate the defeating of stereotypes on this album. I love how they switch from hardcore punk, to dub and reggae throughout the record. Three genres i would probably perish without.This is an absolute solid 10 in my book, you should really check it out!
