Give me something to reach for
A far-fetched fantasy to covet
A distant reverie
Withheld by the clouded unknown
The fog-shroud idols
Of former years have shattered
Recovered by the ancients
Enamored of moss and vine
Unveil the bounty
That draws my body forth
The torment of restless nights
The plunder I long and scheme for
May obsession take me in
And wield every transient thought
Utilized, so that I may truly thrive
Aware of the bold and unruly hues
Dwelling, beneath my callous hide
