Through a cloudless morn
All worries take off
Setting sail as I arise
And reconvene with my stature
At full height
Content in my thoughts
I quietly coast
For the day’s warm embrace
Peering out
To foam washed shores
That screech primal beauty
Exuberant and pure
Beyond the tame waves
Lie the plights of old
Faintly beckoning
Drowned out by the swell
From noon showers
That fall at a whim
Into the glittering maze
Of boastful night
I treasure the age
This all transpired
In my early strides
So meager and timid
