A life well-lived
Is the crown jewel
I yearn for
To grow weary with age
And to wither thoughtlessly
Beyond the roads
I’ve tattered with inquiry
I’ll disolve peacefully
With a mind shroud in wonder
Beyond the waves
I’ve cleaved with eagerness
The dark shall fall
Graciouly, kind, and sweet
I implore to be drawn
Into the broad unknown
To quell the sprawling hunger
That lingers deep within
To stray into exhaustion
And linger peacefully
In the folds
Of untroubled sleep
