Drowsing away
Lamely
In the narrow folds of sloth
For the day
Is but a sheet
Of rolling grey
Coveting the skies
And marauding
My hazy thoughts
My mind
Is placid
As it free-falls
Into catatonic dreams
Far
From the summit of anger
Where I nest
Hollow
Incapable
And derailed
