I imagine . . .

Someday I will find myself

The self that has been waiting for me all along

I will stop stumbling about in the dark,

Fearing the unknown,

and withdrawing from the world

One day I will awaken,

And be like  . . .

“Hey, there you are!”

You will take me by the hand and lead me to the light

We will greet each other

and our hearts will know,

Our journey has just begun . . .

I found myself today,

I am the unity of one.
