A tremor of heartache
Has warped his solid ground
Once bathed in pristine romance
And the faultless luxuries
Of youthful affection
Tender streams overflow
Boiling hatefully
Raging with scorn
Panic charges
For the calm waves afar
Brimmed with solace
Lush, fulfilled and content
Yet the tremors sprawl
With each passing thought
Greater in magnitude
Maiming, far and wide
Coherent reveries
Are swallowed and sealed
As wrath commands
Over teaming hill and shrub
